Full Job Description

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Frome area who are actively looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Report the the Senior Supply Manager.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure accurate paperwork.
  • Prepare pick sheets, delivery notes, and transport orders.
  • Manage delivery bookings and communicate with hauliers.
  • Maintain electronic records and support admin tasks.
  • Follow GMP, hygiene, quality, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Help improve processes and support teamwork across the business.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Computer Licteracy
  • Good time management
  • Strong communication skills and decision making
  • Problem solving
  • Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems

What you will receive in return:

  • Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:00
  • Friday 07:00-16:30
  • £29,500 per annum (£12.75 per hour)
  • 60 Minute paid lunch break
  • Offer or break saving, have the option of taking 45 minute lunch each day for an early finish on Fridays.
  • Free Parking
  • Potential for permanent for the right candidate
