Freezer Operative – FLT

Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for Freezer Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Operating FLT and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
Moving stock within freezer and warehouse environments
Loading and unloading deliveries
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Ensuring all products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed
Conducting quality and stock checks
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Following all health and safety procedures within a freezer environment
Working effectively as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Do you have:

A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
A valid Reach Truck licence
Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred
A good English level
A positive approach to work / positive attitude
A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 0800 start

Basic pay rate of £13.25 per hour
