Frame Assembler

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Melksham area who are actively looking to recruit Frame Assemblers on a temporary to permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

• Assemble frames according to company design, development methods, and quality standards.
• Follow all health and safety requirements, including proper use of PPE (e.g. FFP3 masks, eye/ear protection, safety footwear).
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas and stations.
• Keep all tools and equipment tidy, safe, and in good working condition.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage or injury.
• Keep training records up to date.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
• Comply with the company's Health and Safety Policy at all times.

What you will need to succeed:

• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in assembling furniture

What you will receive in return:

• Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00
• Friday 06:00-13:00
• £12.71 per hour
• Potential performance bonus
