Elwira Luterek: As Operations Manager at our Trowbridge head office, I bring over 11 years of hands-on experience in the industrial sector, combining operational expertise with a deep understanding of workforce needs.

Throughout my career in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial staffing solutions, I have managed everything from high-volume recruitment campaigns to complex shift scheduling, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance and quality standards. My background includes overseeing large-scale temporary and permanent placements, optimising resource allocation, and building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Known for my meticulous attention to detail and practical approach, I play a key role in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and supporting our teams in delivering a reliable, high-quality service. With a strong track record of meeting tight deadlines and adapting to the fast-moving demands of the industrial sector, I ensure our clients receive the skilled staff they need, exactly when they need them.

Sarah Elliott: As Operations Manager, Sarah Elliott heads up the Permanent Division at Thrive Trowbridge. Since joining the business in 2020, she has brought a wealth of professional and commercial recruitment experience to create a thriving permanent recruitment desk alongside the already
well-established Driving & Industrial divisions.

Guided by Thrive Group’s Vision and Values, Sarah takes a collaborative, people-first approach, ensuring every interaction supports both clients and candidates in achieving lasting success. Drawing on longstanding relationships and deep local market knowledge, she provides valuable insights to support local manufacturing businesses in securing the right talent for roles such as Operations / Production Managers, Quality Managers, Engineers, QC / Laboratory Technicians, H&S / Compliance Officers, and Machine / Process Operators.

Sarah leads the Permanent Division with a strong emphasis on partnership and shared success, working closely with Sarah Collins, Commercial Manager. With an extensive commercial recruitment background gained in Australia as well as the UK, Sarah Collins specialises in permanent roles within Legal, Financial Services as well as Finance/Accounting, bringing focused expertise and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
